2008-2009 Committee Chairpersons Needed

We need you to serve on the MPOM board this year!  There are positions open for:

• Raffle Coordinator - includes gathering items (gift cards, sample products...whatever is interesting) donated from local merchants or purchased with MPOM funds and bringing them to the General Meeting to be raffled off.

T-shirt Fundraiser - Order Now!

The T-shirts have been ordered but please let Julie know if you'd still like a pair. This year, we'll feature kids' shirts reading "Peanut Butter" and "Jelly." The first will be a yellow with chocolate writing; the second will be purple with white writing. They're $30 per pair; sizing runs 2T-7. Order big for longer wear. We should have them at the Instillation Dinner next month.

TX Mothers of Multiples Convention

The TX Mothers of Multiples will hold their annual pow-wow in Abiline APRIL 24-27. Our gang of merrymakers--Michelle D., Karen S. and Emma C.--will be going to sell shirts Thurs night, Ap. 24 returning Sat. evening Ap. 26. In addition to ginning up some cash for MPOM, they'll attend various educational seminars on everything from child development to bracelet making to traveling to Disney World with multiples. THERE ARE ALSO LOTS OF MARGARITAS INVOLVED. THE COST: MPOM pays for your registration; one room sleeps four four about $50 per person. IF YOU'RE THINKING OF GOING, PLEASE LET JULIE KNOW ASAP. Actually, we NEED A COMMITMENT BY THE FEB. MEETING...FEB. 21.
